FAQ

Got a question?

What is ZooPass?

ZooPass is a membership platform for zoos. Members carry a digital pass, an interactive map, and your news in a mobile app. Your team manages passes, park content, and visitor-reported issues from one web dashboard.

I'm a zoo member. How do I get my pass?

Download the ZooPass app (App Store and Google Play links coming soon), find your zoo, and create a free account. Your digital pass with its QR code is issued the moment you register. See the member guide for a full walkthrough.

Do members pay for the app?

No. The app is free for members. Zoos subscribe to ZooPass to run their membership program on it.

How does pass validation work at the gate?

Each pass has a unique QR code. Gate staff scan or enter the code in the validation screen and get an immediate answer: valid, suspended, expired, or not found. Every successful scan is recorded, so you can see visit activity per member.

Can we keep our zoo's branding?

Yes. Your zoo gets its own address (yourzoo.zoopass.com), your name, colors, and logo in the app, and your own content — maps, news, hours, and vendors are all yours to manage.

What do visitor issue reports look like for our team?

A visitor spots a problem and reports it from the app with a category, description, photo, and location. It lands in your dashboard queue where staff can be assigned, track progress, and mark it resolved.

Do you offer support?

Yes — write us at support@saasykit.com. Zoo teams also get an in-dashboard guide covering every feature.

Ready to go paperless?

Put your zoo in your members' pockets — passes, maps, and news, all from one dashboard.
